Natalia Rincón, an influencer, is the Founder and CEO of CHAOS architects, an AI data company for urban planning and smart cities.She is an architect and computer science engineer, currently working on her doctoral dissertation in Urban Planning at Aalto University in Helsinki. She is also a Business Tampere ambassador and an advisor for foreign talent at the Ministry of Employment and The Economy of Finland. She is a deputy councillor in Tampere and member in several planning committees. She is a frequent speaker at conferences, about topics of future of smart cities, citizen engagement, AI and open data.
