Our presentation is about globally applicable approach on how to utilize static & dynamic property data, combine it with other data sources and drastically add value for property portfolio management.

When property owners make decisions on which of their properties to renovate and invest, they seldom have clear picture on the full-scale effects on how and where one can actually see the long-term effects of an investment. The decisions are made for known or emerging issues without acknowledging the potentially lurking technical risks for the future years and especially their effects to the fair value of properties.
SkenarioLabs, a three year-old Finnish startup, provides predictive data-analytics for property owners & managers and investors & lenders in property and real-estate sector. SkenarioLabs' analytics utilizes property owners own detailed data, combines this to other data sources & analytics derived from the sector and is able to present detailed technical state for masses of properties and combine this to fair value and value projections. SkenarioLabs’ analytics gives detailed and reliable answer to the following question: If this is our budget and these are my objectives to manage my property portfolio, which properties should we invest in and why? We answer this question with data-analytics and taking into account various characteristics ranging from technical state of properties to detailed AI-driven value projections of properties.
SkenarioLabs' analytics is already used by some of the biggest property portfolios & managers in the Nordics, some of the biggest housing providers in UK, some of the biggest cities in Finland and now we're starting to provide our objective & unique analytics to financial institutes to manage risk in the mortgage / collateral assessment process.
In the future property owners (as well as consumers) are able to know exactly the objective (ie. taking into account the technical state, demographic & sosio-economic etc. factors) value of the property / property unit (condo) of their interest without visiting or surveying the property.
