Jin-Sang Kim received the Ph.D. degree in Department of Material Science from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 1997. From 1992 to the present, he has been a principal scientific researcher at the Center for Electronic Materials Research, KIST. From 1998 to 1999, he was a post-doctoral research fellow at Semiconductor Laboratory, in RIKEN Wako Institute, Wako, Japan. His currentĀ research activities are in the areas of thermoelectrics, and oxide electronic materials.
