Dr. Chan Park is a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. His research interests include thermoelectric materials/devices with improved efficiencies in wide temperature range using thermal/interface/nano engineering, thermochromic smart window, multi layer oxide films for high temperature superconducting wires, functional materials with nano-porous structure and transparent conductive oxide thin films. He received BS and MS from Seoul National University and PhD from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. Prior to joining the Seoul National Univerisity, he worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, SuperPower and Korea Electrotechnology Research Laboratory. He has published 160+ peer-reviewed papers and has 34 registered patents.
